Die Olympischen Spiele sind gestern beendet worden und wow - wie spannend waren die Wettkämpfe! Was ich total lustig fand, waren die kleinen ferngesteuerten Autos (Minis wohl gemerkt), die die Wurfgeräte der Sportler über das Feld befördert haben und die Maskottchen - nun ja, sie haben nur ein Auge und eine etwas eigenwillige Körperform, aber diese "Außerirdischen" sind zum knutschen.
Inspiriert von den Spielen habe ich die folgende Karte gemacht...
The olympic games are over and WOW - the finals were great! What I loved most were those little remote controlled cars (label Mini in case someone didn't know) that carried all those throwing equipments across the field and the mascots - well, they only had one eye and some strange looking bodies but these "aliens" are just too cute.
Inspired by the games I made this card...
Das Focal-Image habe ich mit einer Abwandlung der olympischen Ringe hinterlegt (mit Copics einfach gemalt) und die kleinen Kreise dahinter ausgestanzt und ebenfalls in den passenden Farben eingefärbt.
I've mounted the focal image onto a modification of the olympic rings (colored with Copics) and those little circles behind that had also been colored with copics (so everything matches perfectly) and puched out.
Das Maskottchen ist genau dem Original nachempfunden.
The Mascot looks just like its' "big brother".
Der Spruch ist diesmal auf der Innenseite platziert.
The Sentiment this time is added inside.

Außerdem habe ich das Focus-Bild selbst gemacht und ihr seid herzlich eingeladen, eure eigene Olympia-inspirierte Karte zu machen. Zeigt doch euer Werk, das würde mich wahnsinnig freuen (und vielleicht wollt ihr ja auch mich verweisen ^.^).
Plus I made that focus image myself and you're very welcome to use it and make your own olypmic themed card. If you do so, I'd love to see what you came up with (and maybe you want to give me some credits ^.^).
