Today I want to show you a Card I made for a little girl's christening.

The requests I had to meet were, girly and pink. As my other projects show I am not too good with girly or over-the-top cute or sparkly or such, but I think the Card fits the occasion of a Christening...

I had a friend over last weekend - she needed a Card for her nieces Christening.

After fiddling around with the sentiment and ending up stamping each letter by hand - we were happy with what we had made...

Colourful Circles

One of the cards I was asked to make for an upcoming birthday - kept it clean and went with a banner for the greeting. Haven't done that in some time, yet it always looks nice.

Christening Card for BabyBoy

Today I had dinner with my girls and as we've missed the Christening of the babyboy of one friend of mine - she got the Card today.

Heute war ich zum Abendessen mit meinen Mädels und da wir nicht zur Taufe des Sohns einer Freundin kommen konnten, hat sie die Karte heute bekommen.

"All in the Family"...

Invitation Cards for Christening

Heute wird der Sohn einer Freundin getauft und sie hatte mich schon vor einiger Zeit gebeten die Einladungen zu machen, die konnte ich bisher ja noch nicht zeigen.

Der Taufspruch, den Sie gewählt hatte ist: "Im Schatten deiner Flügel finde ich Zuflucht." (Psalm 57) und den wollte ich auch auf den Karten aufgreifen - hier sehr ihr meine Umsetzung.

Today the son of a friend of mine celebrates his Christening and my friend (his mommy) asked me to make the Invitations - and today I'm finally allowed to show you the pics.

The Psalm they used for this Christening was: "In the shadow of your wings I will take refuge." (Psalm 57) and I wanted to reuse that on the cards, too - so here're the pictures.

Christening Card for a girl

Letzte Woche stand die Taufe eines kleinen Mädchens an und da musste natürlich eine Karte her. In letzter Zeit tendiere ich immer mehr zu quadratischen Formaten (6x6) und auch die Nähmaschine kommt immer wieder zum Einsatz. Ich hoffe, euch gefällt die Karte so gut wie mir.

Last week we had a Christening of a little girl and therefore I needed a Card of course. These days I'm more and more making square cards (6x6) and stitching is seen more and more often. I hope you like the card as much as I do.
